A small isolated paradise in the middle of a forest, you will disconnect from your daily life and recharge your batteries in a natural setting, with all the comfort of our quality house.

Our packages include half-board accommodation as well as a range of treatments and activities combining vitality, energy and well-being.

Well-being & Qi Gong

A thematic treatment focused on the present moment, relaxation, nature, rejuvenation in a calm and caring environment.

Learn Qi-Gong at sunrise, with simple and relaxing postures working on the energies of Heaven and Earth.

3 to 7 day program, with a massage every afternoon, unlimited access to our balneotherapy area and Qi-Gong classes in the morning.

This retreat is recommended for people looking to decompress, relieve stress, and relieve burnout, to recharge their batteries.

Sports & Health Coaching

A thematic retreat focused on energy and revitalization.

Let yourself be taken in hand by an expert, coach Pascal MORENO in sport & health.

At the start of your retreat, we establish an assessment of your health and state of well-being in the broad sense.

The coach will then guide you towards the activities best suited to your situation and your current needs:

- Qi-Gong for relaxation and refocusing

- Walk in the forest to breathe and live in the present moment

- Gentle gym and/or stretching

- Cardiac coherence and breathing

Each morning will be dedicated to two activities.
Each afternoon will be dedicated to relaxation time in our wellness area and to body and facial treatments.

This retreat is recommended for people looking for new practices, working on lifestyle hygiene in the broad sense, to recharge their batteries.
